Since 1990, the Patriots have proudly served the communities of Aliso Viejo, Laguna Beach, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Niguel and Dana Point and have added Ladera Ranch, Mission Viejo and Rancho Santa Margarita in 2012. It is our goal to teach good sportmanship, self confidence, mastery of the game, and provide a fun family environment to be enjoyed by all.
We have a proud tradition of championship football teams. Our scholar athletes represent South Orange County in competition with OCJAAF's sister organizations in Orange, Riverside and Los Angeles counties. OCJAAF has been a long standing football and cheer organization that recently celebrated its 50th anniversary. The Patriots provide opportunities for children ages 5 to 13 to participate in organized football. Our league is run entirely by volunteers. This year we intend to have over 200 players. The youngest team, which competes in the Future league, plays flag football (ages 5 & 6). The other teams play regulation tackle football in full football gear.
Our sister organizations include: Baldwin Hills, Bellflower, Beverly Hills, Carson, Cerritos, Compton, Corona, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, Inglewood, Irvine, Long Beach, Newport-Mesa, Placentia, Santa Fe Springs, South Bay, South Gate, and Westminster.
Any football program is a big time commitment on your part as well as ours. It is our sincerest hope that you will embrace it and enjoy the time with your children as long as you can! Go Patriots!
